½ cup Water

1/3 can Coconut Milk

1 tablespoon Raw Almond Butter

1 scoop Pea or Hemp Protein Powder

1 tablespoon Raw Honey

1 tablespoon Cinnamon

1-2 cups Raspberries,Strawberries, Blackberries, &/or Blueberries
